2005 Exposé Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir

An exceptional full bodied Pinot Noir from a single vineyard in the Fleurieu Peninsula, it has nutty aromas extending to ripe plums, black cherries and ripe strawberries. The perfect balance of fruit and soft tannins has created a wine of great structure. This young Pinot is very approachable and can be enjoyed now or later with some cellaring. Exposé (Show Wine) has good cellaring potential, and you will be rewarded, if only you can wait!

2006 Falcons Nest ShirazShraz Falcon 2006

T his full bodied Shiraz was aged in specially imported American oak barriques for 15 months. It shows vanillan oak character on the nose extending through to palate, along with distinctive licorice flavours. It’s a well crafted wine with depth and structure surprisingly elegant for this price range.

T he Lyndoch area of the Barossa Valley produces some of the finest Shiraz Fruit. Every vintage the best Shiraz grapes are selected from the area and our own vineyard in the Huffnungsthal Valley to produce our benchmark Black Label Chateau Dorrien Shiraz. Exceptional fruit characters of dried currants and dark ripe plum is evident, Balanced by a firm tannin structure. Cellaring: The 2006 fruit quality and extended oak maturation produced a wine of great structure and worthy of cellaring under correct conditions for a decade.
