Is a Mead based Liqueur, made from fermented honey. The addition of neutral cane spirit to halt the fermentation process retains the natural honey characteristics.
The original recipe was developed by the late Fernando Martin. It is a combination of honey, chocolate, cinnamon and a hint of coffee. It is a complex blend in which all the individual flavours meld together. The resulting blend of flavours is delicious and very moreish.
Add to Tiramisu, poured over ice-cream, warmed, mixed into cocktails or simply enjoyed as is.
