Chateau Dorrien’s Falcons Nest label was inspired by the fact that the trees surrounding the Vineyards at Twin Valley Estate (Hoffnungsthal) are a favourite nesting place for Peregrine Falcons which can be seen hunting at dusk in many vineyards and along many roadways in the Barossa Valley.
